And we're going to turn next to the weather in Texas. Anyone in Houston this morning, out in the rain, must have felt like they were standing under their shower or maybe even under a waterfall. Some parts of the city got more than ten inches of rain. Six inches fell near Hobby Airport in 75 minutes. It hit during the morning rush hour. Schools were closed. And the city needed help to deal with the torrential downfall. | |
